What time will my Qurbani be done?
If you select Tarteeb at Checkout, you will need to SMS us after you do your Rami. After that you will get an immediate reply with the approximate time your qurbani will be completed (normally between 30 mins to 2 hours). Also, when your Qurbani is actually completed, you will get another SMS. If you do not select Tarteeb, your Qurbani will be done on the 10th before Maghrib.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Hajj Solutions strives to work with all its customers to make it easy for them to fulfill their religious duties. We currently accept major credit and debit cards along with PayPal. Cash can also be delivered in person. If you would like to pay in any other form, please contact us and we will try to work with you.
What happens to the meat?
For orders of Damm, Fidya or Sadaqah, as per the Sharia, the meat is distributed amongst the needy people within the boundaries of Makkah.
If you order Hajj or Eid Qurbani/Udhiya, you can use the "Contact Us" page and inform us that you will pick-up your meat. If not specified, the meat is distributed amongst the needy people in Makkah or to the people in needy Muslim countries via The Saudi Project for Utilization of Hajj Meat operated by the Saudi Government.
Where are the animals slaughtered?
The animals are slaughtered at “Maslakh Al-Aali” government slaughterhouse in Makkah.
Can I slaughter my animal or be present during the slaughtering?
Yes. We encourage anyone who is in Makkah doing Hajj or otherwise to come to the slaughterhouse and witness the slaughtering of your own animals and take their meat. Please use the “Contact Us” form after placing an order to specify if you will be present. We will hold your order until you come so you can be present during the slaughtering.
How can I get the meat from my order?
After confirming that you will pick up the meat you can come to our location in Makkah to pick up the meat.
What is the refund policy?
You may cancel order for Hajj and Eid Qurbani up to 20 days before Eid-ul-Adha. For Damm and Fidya orders, you can cancel within 48 hours of purchase. Any cancellations made after 60 days after purchase will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at sales@hajjsolutions.com with any questions or use the Contact Us form.
How do I specify a name for the animal?
You will be asked to fill out the name on the checkout page. You will need to specify your first name and your father’s name for all the animals separated by commas for each animal.
How do I change the names associated with my order?
You can always use the “Contact Us” page to edit the names associated with your order.
NOTE: You have 48 hours to edit orders of Damm, Fidya, Aqiqah, and Sadaqah from the time you place an order.
NOTE: No changes to the orders can be made 10 days prior to 10th Zul-Hijja (the Day of Eid-ul-Adha).
How do I specify the names for a cow or camel?
You will be asked to fill out the name on the checkout page. You will need to specify SEVEN first names and fathers’ names for each cow or camel.
How long does it take for an order to be completed?
Damm, Fidya, Aqiqah and Sadaqah orders are completed within 10 business day of receiving the order. If they are ordered during the days of Hajj and Eid-ul-Adha, they will be completed AFTER the days of Hajj.
Qurbani/Udhiya for Eid and Hajj will be done on the 10th, 11th, or 12th of Zul-Hijja
How do I know when the order has been completed?
You will receive an email when your order has been completed. For those people who are doing Hajj, they will get an SMS when the batch containing their animal is processed on the mobile number they specified during the checkout process
I do not know which Saudi cell number I will have.
You can always use the “Contact Us” page to edit the cell phone numbers associated with the order.

Can I buy a share in a camel or a cow?
No, there are no shares for cows or camels sold separately. However, if you buy a whole cow or camel, you can specify seven different names to be associated with the camel or cow.
Why is the SMS number not 966 number?
The +18176685644 number allows us to use an automated system to receive your SMS and add your order for completion in the slaughterhouse. This automated system allows us to manage the large volume of orders in a convenient manner and allow you to have timely notifications of your order status. SMS to this number will have similar rates as local messages.
